Cross-linked polyethylene (PEX or XLPE) has been around for quite some time. The first cross linking methods emerged in the 1930s and practices have continued to evolve since, with other processes being developed throughout the years. Cross linking is a very intricate process. XLPE raw material powder is formed and processed into sturdy, durable end products, usually formed into cylindrical shapes that can be used for long tubing. If during the cross linking process the degree is too high, the material could become brittle and cause stress cracking. If too low, the physical properties could be very poor and unusable. But made just right, the tubing can act as a strong, long-lasting insulator to various wire and cables, protecting it from all sorts of external elements.
Compound

Compounding consists of preparing plastic formulations by mixing or/and blending polymers and additives in a molten state, these blends are automatically dosed with fixed set points usually through feeders/hoppers. It is mostly a blend of copolymers such as ABS, SAN, SMA etc. with additives such as anti-oxidants, UV-stabilizers and other value adding agents and sometimes a strengthening component is added such as glass fiber. We supply a wide range of Polymer Compounds which are high quality and value added compounds that find application in various industries like Automotive, White Goods, Consumer Durables, Electrical Appliances, Irrigation etc. Our Polymer Compounds are perfectly designed to fit with a variety of high-end processing techniques.
Masterbatch

Masterbatch(MB) is a solid or liquid additive for Plastic used for coloring plastics (color masterbatch) or imparting other properties to plastics (additive masterbatch). Masterbatch is a concentrated mixture of pigments and/or additives encapsulated during a heat process into a carrier resin which is then cooled and cut into a granular shape. Masterbatch allows the processor to color raw polymer economically during the plastics manufacturing process.
OPE WAX

The characteristics of Oxidized polyethylene wax has low viscosity, high softening point, hardness is good special performance, such as non-toxicity, good thermal stability, high temperature and low volatility, excellent dispersity of fillers, pigments, both excellent external lubricity, and strong internal lubrication, also have coupling effect, can improve the production efficiency of plastic processing, reduce production cost, and polyolefin resin has good compatibility, in normal temperature moisture resistant performance is good, chemical resistant capability is strong, good performance and can improve the look of the finished product.
PE WAX

Polyethylene Wax, also known as PE Wax, is an ultra low molecular weight polyethylene consisting of ethylene monomer chains. PE wax has a large variety of uses and applications. PE Wax is available from on-purpose production and as a byproduct of polyethylene production. This material is available in both HDPE and LDPE forms.
